To be eligible for a refund (minus shipping and handling fees), the device must be returned as per the following:

  • It is returned within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges

While we understand there may be times where you may have ordered a product incorrectly, we do not provide exchanges for a different product. You can request a refund for the product if it is covered under our Returns policy above and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees back to the warehouse. You will then be required to place a new order for the correct product.

In the event of receiving a product which is deemed as faulty, DermapenWorld will replace the product free of charge once our Customer Service Team validates the fault. We do not provide a refund for faulty products.
