Rosacea Treatment

Rosacea flare-ups often start at the nose and butterfly out to the cheeks and even forehead or chin. Rosacea Dermapen Treatments™ can minimise the appearance of common symptoms and help to achieve a more even complexion.

Condition Overview

There are three main types of rosacea that vary in symptoms from red erythema to papules and pustules and even a thickening of the skin. It’s also unknown what causes rosacea, but certain environmental factors often trigger it. These include spicy food, hot drinks, red wine, stress, temperature changes and exercise. While there's no known cure for rosacea, Dermapen Treatments can successfully minimise the appearance of common symptoms by normalising the creation of blood vessels (known as angiogenesis) and releasing regulatory growth factors. Dermapen Treatments also increase the integrity of the two layers of the skin (dermis and epidermis) to increase density and resiliency. Redness becomes visibly reduced, and the complexion feels more balanced and less reactive.

Symptoms

Rosacea is an inflammatory skin disorder that affects millions of people worldwide and is characterized by persistent flushing, redness, and dry lesions around the center of the face. Although there is no known cure for rosacea, its symptoms can vary depending on the type.

There are four distinct types of rosacea, and it's possible to experience symptoms from more than one type at a time. Erythematotelangiectatic rosacea presents with flushing, redness, and visible blood vessels. Papulopustular rosacea is marked by papules and pustules, resembling acne. Phymatous rosacea leads to the thickening of the skin, enlarged pores, and an uneven surface, typically affecting the nose. Ocular rosacea affects the eyes, causing them to become watery and bloodshot, with a burning or stinging sensation. Managing symptoms and understanding the specific type of rosacea is essential for effective treatment and relief.

Rosacea Dermapen Treatments™

Unfortunately, there’s no known cure for rosacea. But that doesn’t mean you have to put up with a persistent red flush, visible blood vessels, pustules, and discomfort. Dermapen Treatments have been shown to be effective for rosacea symptoms.

I used to invest thousands of dollars a year in facials and peels. But the results didn't last as long. Investing in Dermapen Treatments represents better value for my skin.

Essie, Australia

I am exceedingly satisfied with the result of Dermapen HOME skin treatments. They have significantly improved my skin pigmentation and skin texture and have visibly reduced my age spots and fine lines. Thank you!

Mirielle,

I've seen amazing results. One of the main concerns I had with my skin was redness on my cheeks and they were quite often breaking out in pimples. Since my first treatment I haven't had a single breakout.

Susan, Australia
