What's your biggest skin secret of 2021?
I'm addicted to the R.E.R. EYE MASKS. They’re essential to my regime in preparation for live trainings, congresses, and Zoom meetings. I also wear these under my eye shades on longer flights to look more refreshed when I land. From long working days to even longer nights of celebration, a 15-minute application before I head out gives the appearance of a restful night’s sleep.

What’s your secret for glowing skin during party season?
You are what you eat. Maintaining a good diet and exercise regime throughout the party season helps to reduce the signs of skin fatigue and blemishes. I find ÜBER PRO, even as a standalone treatment, to be the perfect skin weapon that supports a healthy lifestyle.
What was a highlight from 2021?
During lockdown, I missed catching up with our global team of Authorised Treatment Providers, Key Opinion Leaders and Distributors. Nothing beats face-to-face, live contact. Now that I am back in the air, bouncing from country to country to teach live masterclasses, my soul is revived and energised. I feel inspired again. I miss my DermapenWorld family in Australia and hope to see them all in person as soon as possible.

What's your biggest skin secret of 2021?
I realised just how important SPF is in my daily skin routine. I spent a lot of time outdoors but wasn’t always putting SPF on my whole body. We have harsh sun and weather conditions in Australia, and my skin was suffering. Now I’m really into COVER RECOVER CLEAR. It has a beautiful consistency—not sticky like a lot of sunscreens. It feels very natural on my skin.
What are you gifting this year?
I love all the Dp Dermaceuticals Starter Kits for gifts—they look so classy and precious. And it's a nice way to try 4 or 5 different products. They show off the value of the Dp Dermaceuticals, so I like giving them to friends and family. This year I’m giving my aunty the ANTI-AGEING STARTER KIT. What’s your secret for glowing skin during party season?
3 letters—L.E.D. is one of my favourite secrets for glowing skin. Dp Dermaceuticals L.E.D.™ light supports skin, increases the absorption of nutrients, and improves blood flow. I especially like using it on my neck and décolleté.
I like to use the Dp Dermaceuticals L.E.D. in the evening when I go to bed. It's calming and helps me drift off to sleep. I use it at least 2–3 times a week. You just go to bed and turn it on. After 10 minutes, it automatically turns off. It's one of the easiest products to implement into a skincare routine.
What was a highlight from 2021?
I'm spending so much time at home and in online meetings. It matters to me that I always look proper, so I intensified my skincare routine. I spend more time than I used to before, and I have extended my Dp Dermaceuticals routine. And I’m loving the results.

What was your best skin discovery of 2021?
I suffer from psoriasis. And ANTIOXIDANT COCKTAIL made a huge difference to how dry my skin gets. I use it before VITAMIN RICH REPAIR. If I go away and forget to take it, I'm shocked at how dry my skin gets again.
What are you gifting this year?
I’ve got 9 children. All my girls are into Dp Dermaceuticals already. So, this holiday season, it’s the boys turn. I’m going to be giving my sons some VITAMIN RICH REPAIR, either TRI-PHASE CLEANSER or CLR FOAM CLEANSER, depending on their skin, and MICRO DERM EXFOLIANT.
What’s your secret for glowing skin during party season?
Sticking to my routine! Straight after my shower, I sit on my bed and apply everything for 5 minutes—that’s all it takes. And same goes for the night. I've never been someone who used anything on my skin my entire life because I suffered severe allergies. To find Dp Dermaceuticals has been amazing. If I look at photos from five years ago, I look 10 years younger now than I did 5 years ago.

What was the biggest skin secret you learned in 2021?
As I'm getting towards my 30s, I'm starting to think more about my future skin. But getting a skin routine together seemed daunting. So, I was surprised that once you're all set up, you just go 1, 2, 3, 4—all done! I wake up looking and feeling great. So now I'm like, “Okay, 5 minutes was literally all I needed, and I've been putting it off for years for no reason whatsoever.”
What are you gifting this year?
I’m definitely giving my mum ANTIOXIDANT COCKTAIL. That's like my holy grail product—I use it for everything. I put it on my body, and it makes me feel and look good. It just changes everything, even my hormonal acne. As soon as I feel a breakout coming up, I pop it on. The next morning, I wake up, and it's like it was never even there.
What’s your secret for glowing skin during party season?
I’m not a big makeup person, but I like to make sure that my face is clean before bed. And if I am going to be partying and wearing makeup, I’m mindful of taking it all off. If I don't, I get acne. And I have to go through and do all this extra work to get my skin balanced again.
What was the highlight of 2021?
It was my 1-year anniversary in July, so that's something to get excited about. Even though DermapenWorld is an international company, working here feels like you’re part of a small family business. That's how everyone treats each other. It sounds super corny, but it really is like a family—very inclusive. Especially moving to a work-from-home environment, we still have the same banter—it's just chatting online.

What was the biggest skin secret you learned in 2021?
I have been using a well-known and expensive brand of cream for years and years. But when I started at DermapenWorld last year, I started trying some of the products. And VITAMIN RICH REPAIR was like a dream to me. It’s really light but very hydrating and feels so silky. It just feels very luxurious.
What are you gifting this year?
I booked my daughter in for Dermapen Treatments this year. She's had a couple so far and loves it. She's noticed a really big difference in her skin. So, the next purchase is going to be a Dermapen HOME microneedling pen so we can do that together.
What’s your secret for glowing skin during party season?
As it comes into summer in Australia, SPF is important, but I'm also focusing on hydration. I love the HYLA ACTIVE 3D SCULPTURED FACE MASKS. I'll be stocking up on those to use through the holiday period.
What was the highlight of 2021?
Watching our team grow and expand, even during a global pandemic, has been inspiring. It’s a real privilege to be part of a company that has incredible products. And a fantastic team with a lot of experience and skills. It's been a really great thing to watch, and I’m proud to be part of that.

What was the biggest skin secret you learned in 2021?
The discovery of sodalite stone has been quite revolutionary. We’ve incorporated it into our devices and also our skincare. A personal favourite of mine is the SSS ROLLER that I use for skin yoga. It's helped define my jawline, and it's very relaxing. It's great for lymphatic massage and drainage, so I find that my skin and face is less puffy.
What are you gifting this year?
R.E.R. EYE SERUM is a great winner for practically everyone. We’re all tired from this year, but we still want to look fresh. I love to do little hampers, particularly for new mums. And I always pop in the R.E.R. EYE MASK and R.E.R. EYE SERUM with all the other little goodies.
What’s your secret for glowing skin during party season?
The family will be spending a lot of time having a few champagnes and wearing our HYLA ACTIVE 3D SCULPTURED FACE MASKS. Even when we go camping, we get some great photos and have a hilarious time wearing the masks.
Because they’re 3D sculptured, the masks hinge around your ears and lift the jawline. It gives a nice lifting and firming effect. It also means you can sit around with friends and talk without them falling off.

The highlight has been preparing for an exciting 2022. There are new professional kits coming shortly, and we have been working on products that are in the final testing stages. Bringing new, revolutionary products to market is always a real highlight for us.

What was your biggest skin secret of 2021?
For years, I always looked for thick exfoliants. And I scrubbed my skin. I thought that was what we were supposed to do. But this year, I discovered not every exfoliant is good for your skin. It can actually cause damage. Now I use MICRO DERM EXFOLIANT, which contains bamboo powder rich in natural silica. The funny thing is it still clears away all the dead cells from my skin, without the pain or damage!
What are you gifting this year?
VITAMIN RICH REPAIR is my favourite product. I really love that even when I don't have much time, I can use it to feel instantly moisturised. My skin loves it. My partner has also been using it for a while now. It’s different from any other cream that we have used before. The only probably is she always uses mine! So, this year, she’s getting her own.
What’s your secret for glowing skin during party season?
When I’m stressed or tired my skin gets really dry. I’ll probably not eat or sleep as well as I usually do over the holidays. So, I'm counting on the Dermapen HOME to help keep my skin glowing even when under stress. What was a highlight from 2021?
The launch of the new DermapenWorld website! Now we have this incredible platform to educate people about taking care of their skin. More and more people are signing up for and loving our new-look emails. So even though we're missing our colleagues during lockdown, it's great to feel more connected with our customers through the online channels.
