Adding Your Clinic
Your clinic must be added to the Dermapen App before you can register your Dermapen 4.
If you haven’t made an account and verified your email, do that first. Then you’ll be able to log in and create a clinic.
Open the Dermapen app.
Select Create Account / Login .
Sign in using your account details and select Sign in .
This will open a blank list of Products as no pens are registered yet. Select the Clinics tab at the bottom of the screen.
This will open the Clinics screen, which should be empty. Select + Create in the top right-hand corner .
On the Register Clinic screen, enter your clinic details as indicated.
Then tap Next. (Options will be suggested when you start typing in your country, simply select one of the options.)
Start typing the address of the clinic and select the appropriate address result.
If the address needs to be overwritten, select Edit, then manually enter the clinic address. Select Save changes. Then Next.
Review the Clinic details (select Edit to make changes). When all information is correct, ensure that the terms of use agreement have been accepted and select Submit.
This will open the clinic list showing the clinic that has just been created.
