Installing and Downloading the Dermapen App

App System Requirements  

To download and install the App, you'll need:

• iPhone/iPad with iOS 11/12 /13 and Bluetooth functionality

OR

• Android Phone with Android 7/8/9 and Bluetooth functionality  

Installing and Downloading the Dermapen App 

 The App is free and does not cost any money to download or use. 

1. Open the Apple or Android App Store on a compatible smartphone or tablet 

2. Search for ‘Dermapen’  

3. Select 'Get' or 'Install' to install the App  
   

Account Creation

Note: always enter the correct data as directed by the user prompts on each field. 

1. Open the Dermapen App. 

2. On the opening screen, select Create Account/Login. 

   
   

3. You will see a notification asking you to sign in through b2clogin. Select Continue.
   
   

4. Select the Sign up now option
   
   

5. Enter your email address and select Send verification code
   
   

6. Your verification code will be sent to that email address. Enter the code and select Verify code
   
   

7. Once the email address has been verified, you can enter the rest of your details and select Create. Your account is created!
